"Wendy and Peter" gives an adult perspective on the epic children story. The original adaptation, a box-office hit at Israel's national theater ("Habima") is a unique theater experience. The show raises questions of freedom, attachment, social rules and expectations.

The show has been running consistently for the past six months and was adopted as a guest show by "Habima" - Israel national theater where it now preforms. The show received great reviews and keeps gaining popularity. We would like to take the show to the next level and present it to a worldwide crowd and experiment with other "Peter Pan's" who grew up.
"Wendy and Peter" is an original adaptation integrating Barrie's original dialogues and storyline with new ones by Tom Wolinitz. The minimalistic settings and live music gives the sense of exposed theater – we all know it's a play and we are all adults yet we allow ourselves to imagine the flight to Neverland together. The actors play the dialogues as if they were playing a realistic piece - The ageless acting gives a fascinating new look on how Wendy and Peter, as the archetypes they are, play out their tragic love story.
These archetypes live within us since we all grew up on them. The play gives us a clear look at; Peter, the boundless, can't commit, can't tolerate intimacy, special yet typical man who fall in love with Wendy; the uptight, Monogenic, Paternal, childish mother that expects from herself and others to follow the Bourgeois code correctly.

Peter and Wendy are also reflected by their adult counterparts; Hook, the self-absorbed lonely man who doubts his narcissistic lifestyle too late and Mrs.Darling that as she reflect upon her adult life declares - "And now I became a plain old woman; I don’t have a problem with being old, I love being old – it's the plainness that kills me."
The show has it all – Live music, Drama, Stage Fighting, Crowd participation, humor and nostalgic references to classic Peter Pan adaptation.
